Details: This group meets to encourage and develop your skills through working together. Last year we made an Ascona Album together over about four months. Some notes were provided but we worked together to see how to construct the album. You will need to be prepared to take your own notes. We will look for suggestions of fairly simple projects which you can demonstrate and members can work on over a period. Details: This course introduces you to cloth and paper covers. You will learn about paper grain, cutting, folding, and sewing the signature to create a pamphlet binding. You will then move on to create a multi-signature sewn and bound sketchbook. This course will prepare you to progress to the next level or to continue on your own.
